Custom-engineered carports that protect every vehicle in your fleet.
Stattus designs, engineers, fabricates and installs custom aluminum carports and louvered vehicle shade structures for dealerships, delivery fleets, municipalities, EV charging lots and multifamily parking — designed, fabricated and installed by Stattus.
What uncovered parking really costs a fleet
Every vehicle parked in the open is losing value. Sun breaks down paint, dashboards and seals. A single hailstorm can take dozens of units out of service at once. And drivers lose time cooling cabs before the first stop.
Heat & UV damage
Interior temperatures in a parked vehicle climb far above the outside air. Shade cuts cabin heat, protects interiors and reduces idle time spent running A/C.
Hail & storm losses
Covered rows keep a hailstorm from becoming a fleet-wide insurance claim and a week of downtime.
Resale & lease returns
Paint, trim and interiors that stay out of the sun hold value at trade-in and lease turn-in.
Built for how your lot actually works
A dealership display row, a 5 a.m. van dispatch lane and a city public-works yard have very different needs. We design for yours.
Auto dealerships
Shade inventory and service-drive customers with structures that look like part of the showroom.
Dealership carports →Logistics & delivery fleets
Cover van rows, staging lanes and loading areas with clearances sized for box trucks.
Fleet parking structures →Municipal & government
Protect police, fire, public-works and transit vehicles with long-life, low-maintenance aluminum.
Municipal fleet carports →EV charging carports
Shade over charging stalls with conduit routing and solar-ready roof options planned in from day one.
EV charging canopies →Multifamily, HOA & hotels
Covered resident and guest parking that adds rent premiums and curb appeal.
Covered parking →Custom-engineered carports
How Stattus designs a carport around your site, vehicles and local requirements — and why it beats a kit.
How custom engineering works →Two roof systems. One structure built for your site.
Choose a fixed aluminum roof for straightforward, maintenance-free coverage, or motorized louvers that open for light and airflow and close for rain and sun.
- Fixed aluminum roof — simple, durable, low maintenance; can be upgraded to motorized louvers later.
- Motorized louvered roof — adjustable by remote or app; open for light and ventilation, closed for weather.
- Large clear spans — fewer columns in drive aisles; we have built single structures of 848′ × 68′.
- Painted architectural finishes — match your brand, building or HOA color standards.
- Add-ons — integrated lighting, motorized side screens, gutters and drainage, EV and solar planning.
How a fleet carport project works
One team from first scan to final bolt — no hand-offs between a designer, a fabricator and an installer.
Site scan
We digitally scan your lot so the layout is built around real drive aisles, curbs, light poles and utilities.
Design & 3D rendering
You see the structure on your property before anything is fabricated, with bay counts, clearances and column positions.
Fabrication
Hundreds of aluminum components are cut, protected and painted in our Florida facility for a long-lasting finish.
Installation
Our crews install in phases so your fleet keeps moving and the lot stays open during the build.
Fleet carport FAQ
What is a fleet carport?
A fleet carport is a commercial shade structure built over parking rows, staging lanes or loading areas to protect company vehicles from sun, hail, heavy rain and debris. Cover Your Fleet structures are made of architectural aluminum and can be built with a fixed roof or with motorized louvers that open and close.
Why aluminum instead of steel?
Aluminum does not rust, which matters in coastal, humid and de-icing-salt environments. It is lighter, so foundations and installation are often simpler, and it holds a painted finish for many years with little maintenance.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. Stattus is based in Florida and takes on projects nationwide and internationally.
Can you work with our architect or general contractor?
Yes, and earlier is better. When we are involved at the design stage we can help size bays, place columns around drive aisles and get the structure written into the specification.
