Custom-engineered carports, designed for your site — not pulled from a catalog
Every Stattus carport starts with a scan of your lot and ends with a structure engineered around your vehicles, drive aisles, utilities and local building requirements.
The problem with uncovered parking
What we hear most from fleet owners, facility managers, architects and general contractors.
Kit carports don't fit real lots
Standard kits force your layout to fit the product. Light poles, curbs, drive aisles and utilities end up in the way.
Generic designs, local conditions
Wind, rain and code requirements change from site to site. A custom-engineered structure is designed for the location it stands in.
Steel that rusts
Steel kits corrode at fasteners and cut edges and need repainting. Architectural aluminum avoids rust and holds its finish.

What “custom-engineered” means at Stattus
A custom-engineered carport is designed for one specific site rather than chosen from a size chart. Stattus starts with a digital scan, then designs the structure around how vehicles actually enter, park, load and leave, placing columns where they won't block drive aisles and sizing clearances for your tallest vehicle.
You review a 3D rendering of the carport on your property before fabrication. Hundreds of aluminum components are then cut, protected and painted in our Florida facility and installed by Stattus crews, phased so your lot stays in use. Architects and general contractors can bring us in at the design stage so the structure is specified correctly from the start.
How it works
Scan, design, fabricate, install — one Stattus team the whole way.
Site scan
We digitally scan your lot so the layout is built around real drive aisles, curbs, light poles and utilities.
Design & 3D rendering
You see the structure on your property before anything is fabricated, with bay counts, clearances and column positions.
Fabrication
Hundreds of aluminum components are cut, protected and painted in our Florida facility for a long-lasting finish.
Installation
Our crews install in phases so your fleet keeps moving and the lot stays open during the build.
Custom-Engineered Carports FAQ
What is a custom-engineered carport?
It is a carport designed for a specific site — its layout, vehicles, clearances and local building requirements — instead of a standard kit size. Stattus designs, fabricates and installs each structure for the property it will stand on.
Who makes custom-engineered aluminum carports?
Stattus Technology, Inc. is a Florida manufacturer of architectural aluminum structures with nearly two decades in the business. It designs, fabricates and installs custom carports and louvered roofs for commercial projects nationwide and internationally.
How much does a custom carport cost?
Price depends on the number of stalls, spans, clearances, roof type, site conditions and location. Send the location and the number and type of vehicles and Stattus will return layout options, a rendering and budget pricing.
Can architects specify Stattus carports?
Yes. Stattus works with architects and general contractors during design so bay layout, column positions and finishes are written into the project specification.
